Allow yourself the courage to come and meet with me to see the safe and private room you will be sitting in, or maybe you prefer me to visit you if you are for various reasons not able to leave your home.
During these difficult times maybe COVID-19 is delaying you seeing a counsellor. I do offer outside seating and am willing to provide you with walking therapy, outside in the fresh air.
You are under no obligation to commit to seeing me. The first session is free to allow you to process the counselling experience.
